Recently I gave a TED Talk (see link for information on this inspiring and riveting site) entitled, “How Having Nothing is Having Everything”. I spoke about my 365 Release project of letting go of one thing a day for 365 Days to practice letting go. You can read more about the project here. The TED Talk was incredible and I was opened to many new opportunities because of it. I am looking forward to seeing the edited video once it’s mounted on the TED site.
It also reminded me to spread the word about my project continuously as there are always people looking for ways to find happiness in the increasingly chaotic society that is our life.
